Training opportunities in the German forestry sector are as diverse as the activities and environments these professionals work in.

Bixter.training will lead you through the whole process of traineeship contract receival, visa application and start of your traineeship experience in Germany.

Forestry Traineeship

  • Duration: 1 year
  • Place of traineeship: forestry establishments
  • Working hours: 40h/week
  • Accommodation close to the traineeship place

Allowance

  • ∼13 € / hour (before taxes)
  • ∼2.236€ / month (before taxes)
  • Overtimes are not available

Requirements for applicants

  • Graduates with diploma issued no more than 4-5 years ago by H+ Accredited University
  • Eligible majors: Forest Management, Forest Resources Conservation, Agroforestry, etc.
  • International Passport
  • Age between 18-38 years old
  • Communicational level of English
  • Driving license is an advantage
  • Cannot have completed an internship or have previous work experience abroad in case of applicants with master’s degree
