Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Candidates must meet the specified eligibility criteria for each traineeship placement or job opportunity as outlined by Bixter.
- Application Process: Candidates must submit accurate and complete application materials, including resumes, ID, educational documents required, cover letters, and any other required documents, through the designated application channels or email provided by Bixter or it is representative and within the deadline agreed.
- Confidentiality: Candidates agree to keep all information provided by the Bixter and the hiring employer confidential and to use such information solely for the purpose of seeking traineeship or job opportunities.
- Verification: Candidates consent to the verification of their educational qualifications, and any other relevant information provided during the application process. If the verification process fails and the documents provided are not valid, the candidates take their own responsibilities for such actions. In the case of visa refusal in such cases the expenses are not refunded.
- Interviews: Candidates agree to participate in interviews and assessments as required by Bixter and/or the hiring employer, and to provide truthful and accurate responses to interview questions.
- Compliance: Candidates agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Bixter policies throughout the whole application process and subsequent employment, if successful.
- Fees and expenses: Candidates understand and confirm fulfillment of timely payment conditions for the fees charged for the services Bixter and/or it’s representative provides, such as evaluation of the candidates’ profile, search of the placement, visa documents package, visa application, logistics, after arrival support etc.,and agree to pay applicable fees as outlined in the terms of service.
- Communication: Candidates agree to maintain open and timely communication with Bixter or its representative regarding their application status, validity of the documents, attendance of the governmental institutions and its status during the visa procedure, availability for interviews, and any other relevant information.
- Feedback: Candidates agree to provide feedback to Bixter regarding the placement, including constructive suggestions for improvement, to assist in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and services. After 1 month of successfully passing the internship period or employment at the placement the candidates must submit a video testimonial.
- Withdrawal: Candidates may withdraw their application at any time by notifying Bixter and/or its representative company in written. However, candidates understand that withdrawal may affect their eligibility for future opportunities. If withdrawal happened during the visa process, the expenses are not refunded.
- Acceptance: Candidates acknowledge that acceptance of a traineeship or/and workplace is contingent upon successful completion of any pre-screenings, including background checks and other necessary information as required in the process.
- Dedication and probation period: The candidates have to pass a probation period which is stated in the documents. Candidates acknowledge that the performance and following of the rules, policies and regulation at the place of traineeship or/and work is crucial and the consequence of breaking it is quitting from the placement and returning to the home country. If candidates fail the probation period, they have to return to their home country.
- Application for the new placement: The candidates are allowed to apply for the new program if they completed the current contract and want to change the workplace, failed probation period and are ready to start again or after completing the traineeship program they want to find a job in Europe. By sending the request to Bixter, they will receive the guidance and evaluation of their profile and opportunities.
