Germany traineeship Program

General information

The country unites 16 federal states into one republic with nearly 80 million inhabitants and is an active member of the European Union. Its economy is stable, well-developed and the biggest in Europe. Germany is the centre of business, manufacturing technologies, industry, metallurgy, agriculture and transport.

Highly developed socialism in this democratic state ensures its own and foreign citizens (with permanent residency) an adequate social protection in terms of healthcare and social services.

Such a high-growth and widely developed economy naturally requires a great deal of skilled labour force and seasonal workers to maintain the operation and functioning of all manufacturing facilities. That is why a lot of immigrants seek to work or at least do some practical training in Germany rather than anywhere else. About 1.22 million immigrants from third countries entered Germany in 2017 alone.
