Bixter.training will find a trustworthy employer for you in Denmark, Norway, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Canada.
Bixter.training will help you with all paperwork, applications, work contract, and registration, as well as start up the right visa application for you. Note that Bixter does not bear any liability for falsified papers, misinformation or incomplete information with regards to visa matters provided by applicants for Bixter.training programs, hereby full responsibility lays on the applicant's side.

Requirements for the candidates

Age between 18-35 years

You must be 18-35 years old at the time of the start of your traineeship program.
In case of Danish and Dutch Programs the limit is 29 years.

Be a currently enrolled student or graduate

You must prove your qualification with diploma/letter of enrollment and educational transcript.
In case of the Danish Agricultural Program you must be enrolled in 2nd year of an agricultural education, livestock, horticulture.

Proof of English skills

You must be able to speak the language on a communicatoinal level.
In case of Danish Program you must hold a certificate IELTS 3.0 / KET A2/ TOEFL above 60.

Your main responsibilities will be feeding and milking the cows and small calves. All farms are equipped with modern high-tech milking systems.

Your main responsibilities will be feeding and taking care of the pigs insemination, castration, and other tasks.

Your main responsibilities will be feeding, taking care of chickens, and collection of eggs. All farms are equipped with modern stables.

HORTICULTURE

Your main responsibilities will be stickling, taking care of growing process, sorting and packing different types of vegetables, flowers and plants.

Your main responsibilities will be providing support for the head chef, ensure the tidiness of the establishment, catering duties, preparation of food, daily tasks.

Your main responsibilities will be the supervision of the quality of food products and the control of specific processes in the factory.

applications process

1.

You must fulfill all the requirements for the traineeship program you wish to apply for.

2.

Contact us at info@bixter.com or find your local national certified Bixter agency that will guide you through the CV-proces.

3.

Write your CV with personal and educational information, and which interest you have for the agriculture, hospitality, food technology -> send to agent or Bixter.

4.

Bixter will find the best match for you with a host family in your desired coutnry, taking your wishes, and specialization into consideration. You will get a legal and signed traineeship contract with farmer and host family - which traineeship work - allowance - working hours. This is also the time you pay the Bixter fee directly to us.

5.

Application for trainee visa. Bixter will help you to open up a ID-case for you - but you have to pay the visa fee online. This process take around 2 months.

6.

Your visa is ready for you - you have to go to the embassy or consulate in your home country and get biometrics. Bixter will help you to book an appointment, but you have to pay the embassy fee directly at the embassy.

7.

You book the flight return ticket to your traineeship country and back.

8.

You arrive to your traineeship - the farmer will greet you in the airport or at the train station and welcome you to your host family.

9.

You work as a trainee - you live in a private room at the host establishment - and you get an allowance each month.

10.

After 6, or 18 months you finish your traineeship and you get a certificate from Bixter as a trainee graduate, and a personal reference note.

You return to your home country to finish your education.
